Company Actuary Service

This provides a problem-solving service, and a regular review of the company’s pension arrangements - independently of the pension scheme trustees and their advisers.

This service delivers an annual report to the directors identifying the main issues which need to be addressed, with our advice on the various options and an action plan, as well as a short report monitoring the financial progress of the assets and liabilities over the year.

The service is aimed at helping the company control its pension costs, and achieve the best possible benefit for employees from the company resources available.

Company Pension Review

We report on all the company’s existing funded and unfunded pension arrangements, identifying issues to be addressed, with our recommendations. Preparation for, and implementation of, corporate sales, acquisitions and reorganisations, where (a) if we are consulted in advance, organises the pension plans to secure the most favourable financial result from the transaction and (b) at the time of the transaction, negotiates and implements effective pension terms.
